USDT is a stablecoin: one USDT equals one US dollar. It exists on several networks, and we need the TRON network, also called TRC-20. It’s the most common way to pay with crypto in the CIS, Asia, Turkey, Latin America and the Middle East: exchanges, exchange services and Telegram Wallet all support it.
Two ways to buy USDT; pick whichever suits you.
Option 1. Telegram Wallet
The wallet is built into Telegram; no separate app needed.
- Open the @wallet bot in Telegram and tap “Open Wallet”. On first launch it asks you to accept the terms and set a passcode.
- Tap “Buy” or “Add funds” and choose USDT. You pay by card or on the P2P market, where you buy USDT from another user by transferring money to their card; the wallet holds the seller’s coins until the deal is done. Buy a little more than you need: the transfer fee, about 1 USDT, is charged separately.
- Once the USDT shows in your balance, open the Cladar payment page, choose USDT (TRON, TRC-20) and copy the address with the “Copy” button.
- In the wallet tap “Withdraw” → USDT → paste the address. The wallet asks for the network: choose TRON (TRC-20). Enter the exact amount from the payment page.
- Confirm the transfer. Within two to three minutes the Cladar payment page shows “Paid — access is open”.
Option 2. An exchange (Bybit, OKX, HTX and the like)
A good fit if you already have an exchange account or plan to pay with crypto elsewhere, not just to us.
- Register and pass identity verification: exchanges don’t let you withdraw coins without it.
- Buy USDT. The “Buy crypto” section takes bank cards, but not all of them: exchanges don’t accept cards issued in Russia, and holders of such cards are left with P2P: you send money to another exchange user’s card while the exchange holds their USDT until your transfer is confirmed. As with the wallet, allow for the withdrawal fee, usually 1 USDT.
- Open the Cladar payment page, choose USDT (TRON, TRC-20) and copy the address.
- On the exchange: “Assets” → “Withdraw” → USDT. If the withdrawal form shows a zero balance, the coins are in a different account on the exchange (after P2P it’s usually “Fiat” or “Funding”): move them to the account that allows withdrawals, most often “Spot”, with the “Transfer” button. It’s free and instant. Then paste the address and in the “Network” field choose TRON (TRC-20). This is the most important step: a different network means losing the money.
- In the amount field enter the amount from the payment page. Watch how the exchange handles the fee: if it’s deducted from the amount, increase the amount by the fee so that the full stated amount reaches us.
- Confirm the withdrawal with the codes from your email and authenticator app. Exchanges process withdrawals in one to ten minutes; the payment page will wait.
If you pay from your own wallet
Trust Wallet, TronLink and other wallets where you hold the keys work too. You can buy USDT straight into them through an online exchange service. There are many, and the BestChange site compares their rates and reviews: on the left pick what you pay with (bank card, PayPal, Wise, Revolut or another payment system), on the right USDT TRC-20, open one from the list, and the coins arrive straight to your address. One difference from Telegram and exchanges: such a wallet pays the network fee not in USDT but in TRX, TRON’s own coin. With no TRX on the balance, the wallet won’t send the transfer. Buy about two dollars’ worth of TRX in advance, in the same place you buy USDT.
Check before sending
- Network: TRON (TRC-20). A TRON address starts with the letter T.
- The address was copied with the button, not typed by hand.
- The amount equals the amount on the payment page, exchange fee included.
- The timer on the payment page is still running.
FAQ
I sent less than needed. The payment page shows how much is missing. Top up to the same address while the timer is running.
I sent more. The payment goes through; the difference is not refunded. Check the amount before sending.
The timer ran out and the transfer only just went out. No harm done: a transfer to this address still counts for the next few hours. If access still hasn’t opened after that, write to [email protected] and attach the transaction hash, which your wallet or exchange shows in the transaction history. We’ll credit it by hand.
I chose the wrong network. Write to us right away with the transaction hash. Honestly: in most cases such transfers can’t be recovered, which is why the network is first on the checklist.
