These terms are an agreement between you and Cladar (the “Service”, “we”) governing your use of the website cladar.app and the app at app.cladar.app. This English version is the governing text; translations are provided for convenience, and in case of any discrepancy the English text prevails. How we handle your data is described separately in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

1. In short
- The Service provides answers from an AI relationship coach. It is not therapy, medical advice, or legal advice. The decisions are yours.
- Answers are generated by a language model. They can be wrong.
- The Service is for adults aged 18 and over only. It is not intended for citizens of the Russian Federation or Ukraine, or for anyone located in the territory of either.
- The free plan is limited; paid plans are bought as one-off purchases in cryptocurrency, with no auto-renewal. There are no refunds for crypto payments, except in two cases: access was not opened after a full payment, or we discontinue the Service.
- You may not scrape the Service’s answers and materials, train models on them, or circumvent its limits.
2. Accepting these terms
You accept these terms when you first sign in to the app: you tick a box confirming that you have read and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy, and press “Continue”. The app does not work without this. Browsing the website cladar.app does not require acceptance.
By accepting these terms you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you are not a citizen of the Russian Federation or Ukraine and are not located in the territory of either;
- you give explicit consent to the processing of the content of your conversations, including any details of your private and intimate life that you choose to share (see the Privacy Policy for details).
If any of this is not true, you may not use the Service.
3. What the Service is
The Service answers questions about relationships, dating, messaging, breakups, and marriage. Answers are generated by a language model from a knowledge base: analyses of real situations that we have collected and edited by hand. The coach asks clarifying questions, remembers the context of the conversation, and answers in the blunt, specific style typical of dating coaches. This is a deliberate choice, not a defect: if this style is not for you, then the Service is not for you.
An answer, for the purposes of plans and limits, is a full analysis from the coach. The coach’s clarifying questions, refusals, and error messages do not count as answers and are not deducted from your plan. An answer that you stop while it is being generated still counts as an answer: the model has already done the work, and the part already shown stays in the conversation.
4. What the Service does not do
The Service does not provide psychological, psychotherapeutic, medical, legal, or any other professional services and does not replace them. Answers are informational and reflect the approaches of particular practitioners, with which you may disagree.
Answers are generated automatically. The model does not know all the circumstances of your situation, has no life experience, and may be wrong, contradict itself, or suggest something that does not suit you. You assess every answer critically and decide for yourself whether to act on it. Responsibility for your actions and their consequences rests with you.
If you are in crisis, are thinking about harming yourself or others, or your situation involves violence, contact a professional or the emergency services in your country. The Service does not respond to such requests (section 7).
5. Account
Sign-in is with Google only. One person may have one account; accounts may not be transferred to others. You are responsible for access to your Google account.
You can delete your account in the app settings. After the request there is a 30-day grace period: the chat is closed, and signing in during this period cancels the deletion. When the period ends, the account is deleted entirely together with conversations and plan records, including any unused paid answers; no refund is made for them. Free answers are not issued again if the same email address signs up again.
6. Plans and limits
Current prices and limits are shown on the website and in the app. As of this version:
| Plan | Price | What is included |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 5 answers to start, then 1 answer per week with no carry-over |
| Answer pack | $9 one-off | 20 answers, valid for a year from purchase; 1 to 12 packs in a single payment; on a repeat purchase, remaining answers add up |
| Monthly plan | $19 per month | 100 answers in each month; bought for 1 to 12 months in a single payment |
Rules common to all plans:
- Daily cap: no more than 20 answers per day per account on any plan. This protects the knowledge base from bulk extraction and does not restrict honest use: a typical analysis of one situation takes 3 to 7 answers.
- Order of deduction: answers from the monthly plan first, then from the answer pack. While any paid plan is active, free answers are not used and are not shown.
- Monthly plan: a month is a calendar month counted from purchase. Each month gives 100 answers; answers unused in the current month expire when the next month begins. Buying additional months adds them after the end of the period already paid for.
- Answer pack: when bought again, unused answers are added to the new ones, and the one-year period restarts from the date of the new purchase.
- No auto-renewal. Nothing is charged without a new payment from you.
- The starting free answers are valid for one month from registration.
We may change prices and limits for new purchases. Changes do not apply to plans already paid for. The terms of the free plan may change at any time.
7. Rules of use
The Service is for questions about relationships and communication. You may not use it for requests or to obtain material that:
- concerns romantic or sexual relationships with anyone under 18;
- contains threats or calls for violence or self-harm;
- is aimed at manipulating, stalking, spying on, or harming another person;
- incites hatred on grounds of race, nationality, religion, or similar;
- asks for medical diagnosis, prescription of medication, or treatment;
- asks for instructions on committing crimes;
- reveals details that could identify a specific person other than you: names, contact details, addresses, links to profiles, and the like. You can and should describe the situation and the people in it, but without anything that would let someone find them;
- attempts to change how the coach works, extract its instructions, or make it act outside its purpose.
The coach does not answer questions outside the Service’s subject (politics, religion, wars, finance, work, and so on). Such refusals do not count as answers.
It is also prohibited to:
- use scripts, bots, scrapers, or any automated means to obtain answers in bulk;
- collect the Service’s answers and materials into datasets, or use them to train, fine-tune, or evaluate artificial-intelligence models;
- reproduce, publish, or sell the knowledge-base materials or the Service’s answers as a standalone product, course, book, or other information product;
- circumvent limits, the daily cap, geo-blocking, or other technical restrictions, including by using multiple accounts;
- reverse-engineer the Service’s code, attempt to access other users’ data, or disrupt the operation of the Service.
You may use the coach’s answers for yourself: read them, save them, discuss them, and quote them in personal communication.
8. Payment
Paid plans are paid for by transferring stablecoins (USDT or USDC) on supported networks to the address the app shows at checkout. The price is fixed in US dollars and equals the amount in the stablecoin. Network fees and any fees of your wallet or exchange are paid by you.
How payment works:
- The app issues an address and an exact amount and waits for the transfer for the time shown. Once the transfer arrives and is confirmed on the network, access opens automatically, usually within a few minutes.
- A transfer on a different network or in a different token than shown on the payment page is lost and cannot be refunded. Check the network before sending.
- Underpayment. An amount of at least 97% of the price counts as full payment. If less arrives, the app shows the remainder, which can be paid to the same address: during the payment window and for a few hours after it closes, transfers to that address are credited to your order automatically. If the full amount never arrives, access is not opened; write to support with the transaction hash and we will look into it.
- Overpayment counts as payment; the excess is not refunded.
- A late transfer. For a few hours after the payment window closes, a transfer to the address shown is still credited automatically (for example, if an exchange delayed the withdrawal). A transfer that arrives later is not credited automatically: write to support with the transaction hash.
- Our obligation to provide access is fulfilled at the moment access to the paid plan is opened. Whether you use the answers or not does not affect this.
Immediate start of the service. Access opens as soon as the payment is confirmed. By paying, you agree that the service starts immediately and acknowledge that from that moment you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumer-protection law grants (in the EU, the UK and other countries with similar rules). This notice is shown on the payment screen before you proceed.
Refunds. Crypto payments are irreversible by nature, and we do not refund unused answers, the remaining term of a plan, answers that did not meet your expectations, or your decision to stop using the Service. A refund is possible in one case only: access was not opened after a confirmed full payment through our fault, and we were unable to open it after you contacted support. The refund is made on the same network and in the same token to an address you specify in correspondence (the sender’s address is not suitable if the payment came from an exchange), less network fees, within 10 business days of the refund being agreed.
Downtime. If the Service was completely unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours through our fault, the term of the monthly plan is extended by the length of the downtime. Answer-pack answers do not expire because of downtime, so no compensation is needed for them.
9. Availability and changes to the Service
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, response time, or the absence of errors. Answers depend on external language-model providers, whose outages we do not control. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, change features, models, and the knowledge base, and introduce technical restrictions against overload and abuse.
We may discontinue the Service. In that case we will give at least 30 days’ notice and refund the unused part of paid plans by whatever means is available.
10. Restricting and terminating access
If you breach section 7, we may restrict or close your access to the Service without notice, including with the loss of paid answers. Closing access for a breach counts as termination of the agreement through your fault, and no refund is made in that case. You can contest the decision by writing to support.
We may also refuse service in the event of abusive or threatening behaviour towards support.
11. Intellectual property
The knowledge base, interface texts, design, the name and the Cladar mark are protected by intellectual-property rights. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose and transfer no other rights.
The images on the cladar.app website are AI-generated and do not depict real people.
Your messages remain yours. You allow us to process them to generate answers, maintain conversation memory, and operate the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your conversations to train models.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the consequences of acting on the coach’s answers in your life, including changes in your relationships, emotional distress, reputational or financial loss, or for indirect losses and lost profits. Our total liability to you on any basis is limited to the amount you have paid the Service in the last 12 months.
If the law of your country does not allow liability to be limited in a particular case, the limitation does not apply in that case. The other provisions of these terms remain in effect.
13. Disputes
If something goes wrong, write to [email protected] first: almost all issues are resolved in correspondence. We reply within 30 days. The parties will seek to settle any dispute by negotiation.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date of the last version is shown at the top. We will announce material changes in the app before they take effect and ask you to accept the new version. Changes do not worsen the conditions of plans already paid for. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.
15. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the others remain in effect. Our failure to act on a breach in one instance does not waive our rights in others. These terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service regarding the use of the Service.
